Kernahans was established in 1989 when Brian Kernahan set up his own small family property management business out of a two room office in Camden Town. After twelve successful years of trading and as both his reputation and business grew we relocated to our current premises in Belsize Park, North West London so we could be closer to many of our managed blocks.

The core of the business is residential and commercial property management with a sound client base comprising of property companies both private and commercial. Residential housing associations, which are resident owned blocks of flats where the demand for a quality management service is of the highest level. Property investors and private individuals are also part of our clientele.

The majority of properties managed are located in North/North West London but our portfolio stretches from Waltham Abbey and many locations in the West End, Finchley, Whetstone and East London.

Currently the management portfolio comprises of approximately 60 buildings comprising around 600 units.

Brian Kernahan, had personally been managing properties in London for over 40 years and was well known and respected for his massive practical experience in all aspects of property management.

Today Kernahans continues in the tradition and values with which it was founded also offering bespoke block management along with residential and commercial sales and lettings service where we take pride in dealing with our clients on a personal one to one basis.
